Stop by on a late Friday night dinner. The food was good, and the wait service was friendly and attentive. We would go back for the steak dinner next time.
Went to Runyon's today for lunch! my wife had chicken wings. She said they were as good or better than Hooters! I had a roast beef dunk. Excellent. I have no business connection with Runyons but it's a hidden jewel! Service was excellent ..thank you Julio! I never reviewed a restaurant before but this needed to be done!
My boyfriend and I tried Runyon's on a whim tonight. Normally we make reservations for anywhere we have dinner on a Saturday. We walked in and there was no wait which was nice for a Saturday night. I started with the seafood bisque and it was tasty and my boyfriend had the French onion soup. We were both pleased. I had the penne Ala vodka with chicken and he had one of the specials that was like chicken francese but I don't remember exactly what it was called. We were both very satisfied with our meals. Service was great everybody there seemed attentive.
Always terrific food and service. And of course Matty behind the bar is the master of ceremonies. There new Octoberfest menu is just outstanding The best Sauerbraten I have had since my wedding a long time ago at Koenigs of Floral Park !!! A great chef and great food and a great time.

This place is the shiniest diamond in the rough...here's why!!! We went to Runyon's by chance on New Years Eve. I wasn't expecting much, like maybe a good burger? I was so pleasantly surprised!! We walked in through the front door and made our way to the dining room area. It was so nice! Big booths with privacy walls and no noise overflow from the bar. Our server was Ryan, who was so knowledgeable and friendly. He was wearing a tie! Not just a burger spot after all! We started with a perfectly made dirty martini. (Which is always telling if a place is good or not.) Next, we split a garden salad with the housemade Thousand Island...to die for!! For dinner I got the sizzling steak and incredible horseradish sauce. I loved the combo, so sweet with a perfect tangy bite. And I topped it off with a perfect baked potato with lucious sour cream! It was a memorable dinner to end 2018! We finished the night in the bar area with Matty and Rob. Such fun guys! The bar was beautifully decorated for the holidays and their DJ was incredible!! What a great spot, I cant wait to come back with friends.
